Often times we do things our own way and hoping the Lord will honor it instead of doing everything His way by His specific direction. The Book of Acts chapter 8 teaches those who are stepping out in faith and direction of the Lord for the first time and reminds those who are already in ministry, that God our Father is the Orchestrator of His ministries.

Therefore we must trust and obey Him to do it all His way, for the ministry He calls us to is His ministry and His ways is the only right way that leads to success for His Glory and not our own (Proverbs 3:5-6). Because the Lord Jesus Christ is The authority over all things in Heaven, on earth and below the earth. Heaven and earth is the LORD’s and all that is in them (Deuteronomy 10:14).

Revelation 3:7-8 He who is Holy, He who is true, He who has the key of David, He who opens and no one shuts, and shuts and no one opens: I know your works. See, I have set before you an open door, and no one can shut it; for you have a little strength, have kept My word, and have not denied My name.

Study Highlights:

*00:37  Acts 8:1-4
The point of persecution, why God allows persecution against His church. Listen also to: “From The Pit To The Palace” & “Be Fruitful And Multiply”

*04:39  Acts 8:9-11
A future glimpse of the antichrist to come in like manner. A reminder that God Almighty is Omniscient; Omnipotent and Omnipresent. Therefore He is and holds authority over of all situations, for the earth is His footstool

*15:56  Acts 8:26-40
Fact: God orchestrates opportunities for His children to minister the Gospel message of Jesus Christ through His Holy Spirit. That’s why the Lord Jesus taught us to pray for the workers of the harvest field (Luke 10:1-3). This serves as a further reminder not only to go into all the world and preach the Gospel of Jesus Christ and to make disciples, but also to pray in this day and hour for the workers of the harvest field

*22:34  Acts 8:39-40
God our heavenly Father can only use His faithful children as witnesses for His ministry. Also serves as a reminder that God Almighty still operates today as described in the Book of Acts in the first Century, He is no respecter of persons. But we have to be willing to share the Gospel of Jesus Christ with all, be committed and seek the Lord to be used in His way
